We hold a discussion Bible study every third Saturday of the month. We aim to start at 10:30am and finish by 12:00pm.
This is open to all people and we would encourage you to bring your own bibles for the study, however, we do have a stock of church bibles for use if you do not bring your own.
We are more than happy to give bibles away free of charge if you do not have one.
Pollard Evangelical Church held its inaugural Ice Breaker meeting on June 21, 2024, at the church premises. The event saw enthusiastic participation from young boys and girls in various games, quizzes, and discussions. Church volunteers organized the event exceptionally well, guiding the participants to follow Jesus in all aspects of their lives. The youngsters left the event joyfully, carrying Jesus in their hearts.

On Sunday 24th November, Pollard welcomed a new believer into the family through baptism. Mercia told the congregation of how the Lord saved him and transformed his life.
Afterwards, a lunch was hosted. There was an array of foods from various cultures as joyous fellowship continued.

On Sunday 28th September , Pollard welcomed another new believer into the family through baptism. We were deeply blessed as Belinda shared her powerful testimony with all the congregations. She spoke openly about how she came to know Jesus Christ and the incredible transformation that took place in her life. Her journey was both moving and inspiring, reminding us all of God’s grace, faithfulness, and the power of His redeeming love.
Belinda’s story touched many hearts and encouraged us to reflect on our own walk with Christ. What a beautiful reminder that no one is beyond the reach of God’s love, and that He continues to work miracles in the lives of those who seek Him.
Following the service, we gathered together for a church lunch — a time of joyful fellowship and truly delicious food! We thank everyone who contributed and helped make it such a warm and welcoming experience.
Praise the Lord, for He is good! His love endures forever. (Psalm 136:1)
Let’s continue to pray for Belinda and for many others who are still on their journey toward Christ. May our church always be a place where stories like hers are born and shared.
Hallelujah, hallelujah
The King of Love is on His throne
Hallelujah, hallelujah
His grace will lead us safely home

We are delighted to share the joyful news of Craig’s baptism, a special moment in his journey of faith. On Sunday 26.05.2026 surrounded by members of our church family, Craig publicly declared his commitment to follow Jesus Christ, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his spiritual life.
Baptism is a powerful expression of faith, symbolising new life, hope, and transformation. As Jesus himself was baptised and called his followers to be baptised, this act reflects both obedience and a desire to walk closely in His footsteps. It is also a reminder of the new life we receive through Him—leaving the old behind and rising again in His love and grace.
It was a privilege for us all to witness Craig take this important step, and to celebrate alongside him as he embraced the saving grace of Jesus. May his life continue to be shaped by Christ’s teachings, love, and example.
Please join us in praying for Craig as he continues to grow in faith, strength, and purpose. We look forward to supporting and encouraging him as he walks with Jesus in the days ahead.
“We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” (Romans 6:4)
